ORDER PLACEMENT & PICK-UP PROCESS

Checkout & Store Selection:
- Upon checkout, you will be prompted to select the Frankie store location where your designated receiver in Samoa will pick up the goods.
- You will also be required to choose the preferred pick-up date.
Order Confirmation & Notification:
- Once your order is finalized, an automatic order notification will be sent to the selected Frankie Supermarket.
- Please inform your receiver (aiga) of the order details, including the order number and pick-up location.
Pick-Up Requirements:
- Your receiver must present the order number and a valid ID at the selected store.
- Accepted forms of identification include:
  - Driver’s License
  - Passport
  - Student ID
  - Any official document confirming identity
- A valid mobile number is also required for communication purposes.
Important Reminders:
- To avoid delays and confusion, ensure you select the correct Frankie store location at checkout and inform your receiver of the pick-up details.
- Orders must be collected on the scheduled pick-up date to ensure a smooth process.
- Frankie’s pick-up service is designed to be fast and efficient, providing the best online shopping experience in Samoa.

Frankie Vouchers can be redeemed at any Frankie Supermarkets.
The voucher holds an equal value in Tala and cannot be exchanged for cash.
